Today was easy, after working third shift, I stuck to the plan and went walking with my neighbor, I'm very proud of myself. I feel focus and motivated. Eating right and feeling better.
Meals
Breakfast- 2 boil eggs and a half couple of coffee.
Snack- cup of yogurt
Lunch-Salad
Dinner-Bowl of Green beans
5-16 ounce bottles of water
Workout
3.2 mile walk with Trish at 9am
5 sets of ten sit-ups
